JoyGPS Terms of Service
These terms apply to your use of JoyGPS ("the app"), provided by Monadot Studio ("we").
1. The service
The app uses Android's mock location feature to change your device's location to a simulated one. It provides moving on a map, joystick movement, favorites, route walking, and related features.
2. Your responsibilities
- A simulated location may be passed to other apps and services as if it were your real location. You must follow the terms of other apps, games, and services, applicable laws, and the rights of others. You are responsible for the consequences of using a simulated location, such as account restrictions by other services.
- Do not use the app for location-based fraud, deceiving others, or any unlawful purpose.
- Do not use the app for emergencies, safety, or navigation. While a simulated location is active, other apps may not receive your real location.
3. Free use and ads
Features available for free show ads. Some features (joystick movement) can be used for a limited time after watching an ad.
4. Subscription (JoyGPS Premium)
- JoyGPS Premium is a monthly auto-renewing subscription. The price is the amount shown in Google Play and may differ by country.
- Payment, renewal, cancellation, and refunds follow Google Play's policies and procedures. You can cancel at any time in Google Play's subscription management, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- While subscribed, ads are not shown, and subscriber features are available (such as route walking, saving routes, creating folders, searching favorites, and saving unlimited favorites). Features may change with app updates.
- If you reinstall the app or change devices, you can use "Restore purchases" in the app to reconnect your subscription.
- When a subscription ends, subscriber features are limited, but the favorites, routes, and folders you saved are not deleted.
- We may provide subscription benefits free of charge to some users for events or support.
5. Data
How the app handles information is described in the Privacy Policy: https://monadot.github.io/joygps/privacy.html. Data stored in the app may be lost when you uninstall it.
6. Changes and discontinuation
We may change features of the app or discontinue the service. We will announce significant changes that affect paid subscriptions in the app or the store listing.
7. Limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app, except for damages caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
8. Other matters
Matters not covered by these terms follow applicable laws and Google Play's policies. We may update these terms; changes take effect when posted at this address, and the effective date above will be updated.
