FoldStand Terms of Service
These terms apply to your use of FoldStand ("the app"), provided by Monadot Studio ("we").
1. The service
The app uses your device's camera as a mirror and lets you take photos and videos. It is designed for foldable phones standing half-folded, and also works on other phones.
2. Your responsibilities
- Respect other people's privacy and rights. Do not photograph or record people without their consent, and follow the laws of the place where you use the app.
- Do not use the app for any unlawful purpose.
- Photos and videos are saved only on your device. You are responsible for keeping and backing them up.
3. Free use and ads
The app is free to use and shows ads.
4. Data
How the app handles information is described in the Privacy Policy: https://monadot.github.io/foldstand/privacy.html.
5. Changes and discontinuation
We may change features of the app or discontinue the service.
6. Limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app, including the loss of photos or videos, except for damages caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
7. Other matters
Matters not covered by these terms follow applicable laws and Google Play's policies. We may update these terms; changes take effect when posted at this address, and the effective date above will be updated.
